This is not a test so relax! The results are for your own use only.  There are 14 questions. Think seriously and clearly, but work rapidly. There are four responses to each of the 14 statements. There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers. There is no way to pass or fail. 

The results may help you understand how you respond to others under stress and how they may be responding to you.  You will be glad you took the time to check this out.

For each statement, choose the answers as follows –

    • MOST like you and score it a 10.
    • Score the answer LEAST like you a 1.

After you have chosen your MOST and LEAST you can then score the remaining two choices for each statement somewhere between 2-9 however you feel fits best.
